Laura Perry is a mother, business owner, community leader, coach, and candidate for State Representative in Michigan's 31st House District. 

 

Laura went to college on an Athletic Scholarship to play NCAA Division II Soccer and earned her bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University, where she triple majored in Finance, Business Administration, and Sociology in three years. She later earned her MBA in Marketing and Professional Sales from the University of Toledo. 

 

Her professional career spans both the public and private sectors. Early in her career, Laura helped develop and manage the Wage Garnishment Program for the City of Toledo before spending nearly a decade in healthcare staffing as a Director on the Executive team, where she specialized in serving VA Hospitals, military bases, correctional facilities, schools, and other government institutions. 

 

Today, Laura is the owner of All Heart Athletics, a locally owned and grown chain of sporting goods, custom apparel, and awards company serving customers and communities throughout Michigan and Ohio. In 2020, Laura co-founded L&B Perry Capital with her husband, a real estate investment company focused on community redevelopment and investment.

Beyond her professional career, Laura has dedicated herself to serving her community through leadership and volunteerism. She currently serves as Chair of the Village of Dundee Downtown Development Authority and as a Commissioner on the City of Monroe Downtown Development Authority, helping support economic development, downtown revitalization, and strong local communities. She also serves as a Board Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and as a member of the Project SEARCH Business Advisory Council, which supports  workforce readiness and employment opportunities for young adults with disabilities. 

 

Laura has spent the past seven years coaching the girls'varsity soccer team at St. Mary Catholic Central, where she is passionate about mentorship, teamwork, and helping young people grow both on and off the field. She also remains actively involved in youth and school programs throughout the community.

 

Laura Perry is a bold, principled leader who will fight to make Michigan stronger and more competitive. She will champion lower taxes, local control, strong schools, pubic safety, and small businesses, and fight to protect parental rights.
